About the role
As a Senior polymer / formulation chemist, you will play a central role in the development and formulation of our conductive polymer systems. Your work will span from molecular and polymer design to formulation optimization and scalable synthesis, with a strong focus on translating materials into high-performance, application-ready products. You will be involved in increasing the technology readiness level and performance of our conductive polymers, adapting them for high-impact applications such as battery binders, electronics, coatings, and other functional systems.
You will work hands-on in our new chemistry lab at our headquarters, collaborating closely with a team of technicians, engineers and material scientists.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious chemist/chemical engineer with a background in polymers and/or formulation. You might already have experience in conjugated polymers, polymer formulations, or you are eager to grow your skills in these areas. Knowledge of battery binder chemistry, electronic coatings, or functional polymers is a great plus. Another plus is if you have experience in bringing new products to market, from early-stage R&D to high volume series production, and if you have insight into IP management, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance. Most importantly, your background in chemistry allows you to deeply understand the core of our product and contribute meaningfully to its continued development and real-world impact.
On the personal side, you have a natural ability to smoothly work with cross-functional teams and collaborate across R&D, production, and commercial teams. You are a curious and analytical engineer who thrives when diving into complex challenges, and are at your best when you are close to the science. You take initiative, drive decisions and maintain a can-do approach through challenges.
