This activity has the purpose of connecting companies in Sweden with the best-qualified talents of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions scholarship. Therefore, we want to invite all the MSCA Fellows that have successfully defended their thesis or completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Sweden to register and be matched with companies that need their specific skills and knowledge. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Through your profile description and specific skills an AI matchmaking tool will automatically pair your information with the skills, vacancies, and descriptions of companies that need specialized international talent located in Sweden.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU REGISTER?

If the matches are successful, the interested companies can continue a recruitment process and apply for financial support in Vinnova’s call “Attract integrate and retain international excellence 2022”. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF I WILL BE SELECTED?

The candidates who have the highest scores between the desired profile of the company may be selected for a meet&greet.

WHEN CAN I KNOW IF I WILL HAVE A MEET&GREET?

The company will select the specific candidates to be able to schedule an appointment.
